Super fun to work with Comedian Brooks Wheelan on his Entry Level podcast art, a podcast "about all those jobs we've had that sucked. Each episode Brooks will interview a guest and find out what garbage they had to put up before they got to the position they're in now. "
Played with a lot of different entry level job concepts, but name tags and coffee mugs seemed to be the most universal images to pull from.
I've been working with indie comic writer Miles Greb on these After The Gold Rush comic book covers.
Worked with comedian Kurt Braunohler to produce his companies Title Card Slate. He asked for a boot stepping in a puddle, I suggested having it submerged in water, Kurt added the idea of an underwater world, so I went for what I call "Little Mermaid for a Boot".
I've been worked with Seattle Weekly and The Stranger to produce Illustrations based on their stories and thumbnail images given from the art director. In many cases the layout and colors are decided upon before any drawing is started on my end.
